Refund Policy
At Bacstack, we offer a range of custom digital services (e.g., website development, hosting, content writing, automation setup). Due to the bespoke nature of our work, our refund policy is as follows:
1. General Refund Guidelines
- Full Refunds are allowed only if cancellation is requested within 3 days of payment and no work has begun.
- Partial Refunds may be considered if work has started but not substantially delivered.
- No Refunds will be issued after substantial work is delivered (e.g., first draft, hosting setup, content shared).
2. For Tiered & Custom Packages
- Each service tier (Basic, Growth, Pro, or Custom) has distinct deliverables. Refund eligibility depends on the delivery stage of specific components (design, content, integrations, etc.).
- Add-on services (e.g., funnel creation, storytelling, domain setup) are non-refundable once initiated.
3. Client Delays or Cancellations
- If delays are caused by the client (non-response, delayed approvals), Bacstack reserves the right to pause or cancel work with no refund.
- If the client cancels the project mid-way, only undelivered services may be considered for a pro-rated refund, subject to discretion.
