We provide web development, digital marketing assets, content creation, funnel systems, hosting support, and integrations. Each service is scoped based on individual client needs.

2. Payments & Pricing

• Pricing depends on the scope of services chosen.
• Payment is typically due 100% upfront unless otherwise stated in a custom agreement.
• Late payments beyond 7 days may incur a ₹1,000 or $50 penalty. Services will pause after 15 days of non-payment and terminate after 30 days.

3. Project Timelines

• Timelines are estimated at onboarding and depend on prompt client responses.
• Delays from the client side (e.g., delayed feedback, non-submission of required data) may extend delivery timelines.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, timely input for project execution.
• Review drafts and respond within specified timeframes.
• Not misuse our intellectual property, branding, or designs.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and strategy documents remain the intellectual property of Finpire Technologies Private Limited until full payment is made. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client.
